A personal note to
business travellers
From our general manager

At this time of uncertainty around global travel I wanted to reach out on a personal level about what we as Flight Centre Business Travel are doing to support all those who we work with.

Understandably, there is a lot of apprehension surrounding the global COVID-19 situation. Our customers, travellers and our people have always been our number one priority at Flight Centre Business Travel. We understand that it’s people and relationships that make the business world go round, so we are committed to ensuring our brilliant service continues during this difficult period.

The increasing disruption to many parts of business and everyday life has made the last few weeks particularly challenging. However at times like these I believe we are able to really demonstrate our value and the importance of having a travel management company. I’m incredibly proud of the work done by my colleagues and teams that have gone over and above outside of working hours to rebook flights and provide assistance to travellers affected by the recent travel bans. 

The safety of our travellers and our people has been, and always will be paramount. We are endeavouring to keep all those travelling up-to-date with the latest announcements made by the WHO, FCO and our travel partners. Our Travel Experts are proactively checking upcoming trips and will update all travellers affected. We have created a hub page dedicated to inform and direct people to the best sources of news, and I would encourage you all to visit it.
